These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all services provided by Fuerte Developers including but not limited to Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing, SEO, SMO, SMM, Email Marketing, Meta Ads, Google Ads, App Development, Website Development, Branding, and Graphic Designing. By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Scope of Services

Fuerte Developers provides professional IT and marketing solutions as mentioned in the service list. The scope of work, pricing, and delivery time will be clearly stated in the quotation or invoice shared with the client before project commencement.

2. Payments

  • All payments must be made in full and in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • All amounts paid are strictly non-refundable, regardless of project progress, delays, or cancellation by the client.

3. Delivery Timelines

  • Delivery timelines for services and products will be as specified in your invoice and/or quotation.

  • Any changes, delays, or additional requirements requested by the client may extend the delivery timeline.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide all required content, information, access, and approvals on time to avoid project delays.

  • Any delay in client communication or approvals will impact the agreed delivery timelines.

5. Revisions & Modifications

  • Minor revisions as specified in the quotation/invoice are included. Additional revisions or changes beyond the agreed scope will be charged separately.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Final deliverables will be transferred to the client after full payment is received.

  • Fuerte Developers retains the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio unless agreed otherwise in writing.

7. Third-Party Tools & Platforms

  • For services involving third-party platforms (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads, Hosting, Domain), clients are responsible for paying platform fees directly unless otherwise agreed.

  • Fuerte Developers is not liable for downtime, errors, or changes in third-party services.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Fuerte Developers shall not be held responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services.

  • We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or sales results as digital performance depends on multiple factors beyond our control.

9. Termination of Services

  • Fuerte Developers reserves the right to terminate services if the client fails to comply with these terms, including non-payment or misuse of deliverables.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
